Dear all,

yes, it's that time again: we will have this Friday an MEIC/ELIC meeting at 9:30 am (EST) in CEBAF Center F326/7.

Call-in information is given below. The topics will be

• schedule of EIC-related workshops in 2013 and presentations
• 10-year DOE facilities planning
• the QCD and Hadron Physics workshop in China and the EIC@China project
• plans for follow-up detector and simulation workshop
• status of documentation
