General Meeting 2016/02/05

we will have a NP-oriented JLEIC meeting this Friday February 5th
at 9:30 am in B207.

This week's meeting we will discuss last week's Generic EIC-related
detector R&D meeting at BNL, and go over various short updates on
work and planning ongoing related to the integrated JLEIC detector
and beam line, detector conceptualization, and computing. The idea
is that we have 1-2 slides with generic updates on a variety of such
topics to keep all in the loop of ongoing work.

Please make sure that presentations are mailed Thursday evening to
Zhiwen Zhao (zwzhao@jlab.org) and cc'd to me, such that they can be posted.
For remote people calling in, bluejeans info is given below.
(note: given that we want to have short updates on multiple ongoing
activities, in this case just mail me slides and I will compile and
pass on as one generic presentation to Zhiwen).

Friday February 05: JLEIC meeting - NP/detector oriented (meic_np) draft agenda:
1. Generic Detector R&D for an EIC meeting of 01/28&29/16 - update
2. Short 1-2 slides updates on a variety of topics/work ongoing:
    detector R&D, magnet/beamline concept work, tracking, detector
    document, heavy flavor & decay detection, computing workshop,
    etc.         (Yulia, Markus, Pawel, Charles, ...)
3. Further updates on EIC Users Group and ongoing activities
