Instructions for using the Conference Group

The lab is signed up for teleconferencing service provided by a company called "ReadyTalk audio and web
conferencing" (http://esnet.readytalk.com). Using it is a three step process:
- Call "ReadyTalk" at 1-866-740-1260 (see below for non-U.S. participants)
- Enter a non-verbal pass code, followed by the # sign. (see the meeting page for passcode)
- When prompted, record your name, followed by the # sign.
You will then be connected to the call as a "participant". If you call in before the "leader" is connected you will hear music until she/he calls in.
For international calls, the phone number is 1-303-248-0285.
The passcode is the same for all calls. Calls are toll free for participants from the U.S. and Canada. International (other than Canadian) calls are not toll free.

note: this screen sharing system is from the same company providing our conference phone system. All you need is a browser with flash. One choice is google chrome 32 bit (win,linux,mac) which has flash built-in at http://www.google.com/chrome
